Levels of Service and Pricing

Level 1
Telephone / e-mail helpline – we will respond to any questions you have and follow up our advice via e-mail. Our rates are as follows:

Includes employment law updates e-mailed to you bi monthly.
Any ‘hands on’ work as a result of a query will be charged at our hourly rate.

Level 2
Hands on HR Support such as assisting with a disciplinary / grievance or recruitment will be charged at £45 per hour.

Level 3
For those organisations that require a one-off longer term project, we will scope out the project and provide you with a complete cost per project rather than the hourly rate.

Level 4
A package exclusively for new Business Start-Ups within their first year of operating, including:

  • Offer Letter
  • Contract of Employment
  • 5 Key Policies

At a cost of £350.

Should you require a complete Employee Handbook, depending on the content this will range from between £400 and £950.
